  • Delivered quarterly business reviews to clients, outlining program performance, maturity, road mapping, and cost savings/cost avoidance strategies
  • Designed client SOP and program compliance documentation, additionally leading numerous personnel training sessions ranging from Contractor/MSP change management, client VMS proficiency, and program compliance
  • Analyzed Talent Acquisition & VMS reporting to streamline SLA/KPI checkpoints throughout the hiring process, ultimately leading to reduced time-to-fill of <30 days while aligning metrics across FTE and Contract Labor departments
