Emily is the VP of Program Implementations within the Business Transformation Services (BTS) division at WG Consulting. She has over 9 years of experience in the talent management and contingent workforce space. Emily has a wide range of expertise tied to the industry, including contingent workforce total program management, program compliance, new program implementation, reporting and analytics gathering/development, enact ability to grow and maintain business relationships, and personnel training and development. Outside of traditional MSP/VMS leadership opportunities, Emily has served in a handful of project management roles, data & analytic roles, and client solutioning roles, bringing unique and well-rounded industry perspective to the BTS practice.

  • Served as an on-site MSP/VMS resource in the Energy, Oil & Gas, & Healthcare industries for 6+ years at programs ranging from $60MM to $300MM in annual spend
  • Designed and implemented a preferred supplier program for a large environmental services company recognizing $4.2MM in additional program savings and cost recovery
  • Led implementations of a myriad of Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Vendor Management Systems (VMS) including all phases of the project: requirements gathering, business case development, stakeholder management, organizational change management, system and process design, communications planning and execution, project management, and program execution
  • Managed 10+ service delivery consultants to ensure day-to-day operational & data-driven requirements were consistently met as outlined contractually through SLA/KPI compliance expectations
  • Supported multiple client acquisitions resulting in expanded program scope, vendor onboarding/management, & training and change management initiatives, resulting in ~$5-15M annual cost savings to the client
  • Built data & analytics dashboards for multiple clients showcasing overall program efficiency, supplier performance, spend, and cost saving/cost avoidance tracking
  • Responsible for management and implementation three phases of program/project modifications and enhancements for a large energy client
  • Managed a team of Program Professionals for a large energy client and was responsible for personnel development, team dynamics, annual goal setting, and performance management
